Our Story

Continuum Physical Therapy opened in July 2009 with a simple vision: to help the people of Midcoast Maine feel better through comprehensive, personal Physical Therapy services.

We serve patients throughout the greater Rockland area including the towns of Thomaston, Camden, Rockport, Union, Warren, Lincolnville, St. George, Cushing, Washington, Jefferson, Hope, Appleton, Waldoboro, and beyond. We also offer clinic hours on Isleboro every Wednesday. We are in-network with most major insurance companies including Medicare.

We do things a little bit differently at Continuum.  We schedule one client at a time and work directly with you during your entire appointment.  This means we take the time to provide you with all the attention you deserve.

We will do our best to make sure you see the same Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant at every visit.  We’ll get to know each other, and we will develop a clear understanding of your condition and your needs.

We have an exceptional team of therapists including three Doctors of Physical Therapy, and two therapists with masters degrees and greater than 15 years experience.

We will explain what we’re doing and why, in language you understand, so that you are comfortable with the whole process and in control of getting better.
